Do I need a card to access the sandbox?

No, after the live demo we will provide you with a 10-day trial in our shared Sandbox.

Can I cancel at anytime?

Yes, you can — we like to have happy clients. Any downgrades or cancellations require only 30 days notice.

How quickly can I get my account set up?

Once the Web Service Agreement has been signed and the setup fee paid, it will take one business day to get your account up and running.

Can I import data from another software?

Yes, though the smoothness of the data import depends on the export source. We can import data for you for a one-time fee that we quote separately.

Is training and support included in the flat fee?

Yes, support is provided via email and phone M-F from 9am to 5pm ET. We also have training videos to get you started or to learn new tips and tricks even if you are a seasoned user.

How long does it take to get my account setup once I sign up?
